Forecasting can be a valuable supply chain tool. It is often misunderstood, misapplied, and ignored; but we all still use it. It is the way that we can initially communicate demand plans to our suppliers. Hugh Campbell will host a practical discussion of forecasting methods that can be utilized to better plan for and manage supply in today’s uncertain and often erratic business environment.
