Supply Forecasting Amidst Erratic Demand

Forecasting can be a valuable supply chain tool. It is often misunderstood, misapplied, and ignored; but we all still use it. It is the way that we can initially communicate demand plans to our suppliers. Hugh Campbell will host a practical discussion of forecasting methods that can be utilized to better plan for and manage supply in today’s uncertain and often erratic business environment.
Hugh F. Campbell, Jr. is Director of Purchasing at Gold Medal Products Co., a global manufacturer and distributor of concession equipment and supplies located in Evendale, Ohio. He has over 35 years of supply chain management experience in aerospace and industrial manufacturing. He is a past president of both ISM-Cincinnati and the Cincinnati Chapter of APICS. Hugh has a BA degree in Political Science from Miami University, and an MBA from Xavier University.
